To install JSI (Jeep Store Industries) door hinges on your Mahindra Thar, you can follow these steps:

1. Gather the necessary tools: You will need a socket wrench or a set of wrenches that fit the bolts on your Thar's door hinges, as well as any additional tools mentioned in the hinge installation instructions provided by JSI.

2. Remove the existing door hinges: Open the doors of your Thar and locate the bolts that secure the current door hinges. Use the socket wrench or wrenches to loosen and remove these bolts. Carefully lift the doors off the hinges and set them aside in a safe place.

3. Prepare the new JSI door hinges: Take out the JSI door hinges and familiarize yourself with their components. Ensure that you have all the necessary parts, including the hinge plates, pins, and any other hardware required for installation.

4. Install the JSI door hinges: Align the hinge plates of the JSI hinges with the existing hinge mounting points on the Thar's body. Insert the hinge pins into the hinges to secure them in place. Make sure the hinges are positioned correctly and level. Use the provided hardware and a socket wrench or wrenches to tighten the bolts securely.

5. Adjust the door alignment: With the new hinges installed, carefully hang the doors back onto the hinges. Check the alignment of the doors to ensure they open, close, and fit properly. If adjustments are needed, loosen the hinge bolts slightly and move the doors until they align correctly. Then, tighten the bolts to secure the doors in the desired position.

6. Repeat the process for all doors: Follow the same steps for each door of your Thar, installing the JSI door hinges one by one.

7. Test the functionality: Once all the JSI door hinges are installed, open and close each door to ensure they operate smoothly and securely.
